In 2021, Nikki established Australia’s first private nurse-led endometriosis clinic, reflecting her leadership and dedication to advancing access to specialised reproductive healthcare. She has undertaken extensive postgraduate education, and is currently undertaking a Master of Advanced Nursing Practice (Nurse Practitioner) and intends to apply for endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner upon completion in late 2026. Upon endorsement, she will be qualified to independently assess patients, diagnose conditions, order investigations, prescribe medications, and refer to other healthcare professionals.
